Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone using this website (walkingtrees.in) or booking an experience — kayaking, boating, paddling, our land treks, the one-day package, or venue and event hire — with Walking Trees Adventures, operated at Nedungolam, Paravoor, Kollam, Kerala. Booking with us means you accept these terms, along with the specific policies linked throughout this page.
Booking, payment, and cancellation
A booking is confirmed once your deposit payment is successfully processed through our online payment system. Participation and risk
Every water and land activity we run carries inherent risk, and every participant (or a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) is required to read and accept our full Release Agreement before joining a session. That page covers the specific risks, safety requirements, and liability terms for participation — these Terms & Conditions don't repeat them, but accepting these terms means you've read and accepted that agreement too.
Using this website
This website is provided for the purpose of learning about and booking our experiences. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it — including any attempt to bypass our booking, pricing, or availability systems.

How we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when booking is covered in full in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, Walking Trees Adventures is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website itself — separate from the activity-specific liability terms covered in our Release Agreement, which govern participation in our actual experiences.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — as our activities, pricing, or policies evolve. The version posted on this page is always the current one. If you've already booked, the terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India, and any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kerala.
